dropmytrack is a digital music distribution service that allows artists and record labels to distribute their audio recordings and related artwork to various digital service providers (DSPs), streaming platforms, and online stores.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

You retain all of your ownership rights in your content. By submitting content to dropmytrack, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute, reproduce, publicly perform, and display the content on digital platforms to fulfill our distribution services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish and distribute all content submitted to the Service. We strictly prohibit the distribution of copyrighted material without authorization and will terminate accounts engaged in copyright infringement.

5. Royalties and Payments

dropmytrack will collect royalties on your behalf from DSPs. We will distribute these royalties to your account subject to our standard accounting processes. The specific percentage of royalties you keep depends on your selected subscription tier. You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or payment processing fees associated with withdrawing your royalties.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or engage in fraudulent streaming practices.
